Work close to home! Solid wage with generous commission, additional bonus incentives and regular wage reviews.
Internal showroom based role, no travel to sites, or measure quotes.
Must have minimum 3 years experience in the window and door industry sales.
Salary based on experience: $60- $65k pa+ super, bonus, +3% commission.
Sales target of only $80,000 per month, 3% commission inc. super, 10% annual salary increase every years based on KPIs and achievements.
Only 1-2 staff in each showroom. Great team and working environment.
Based in Alexandria or Mulgrave Showroom.
