The Company
Kelly Services currently have an excellent opportunity to work with a company based in Perth CBD. They are one of the leading suppliers in their field in Australia and New Zealand.
Our client is looking for an experienced Junior Sales Graduate with a passion to succeed.
The working hours would be between 8.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 + Super + commission + incentives
The Role / Duties
• Generate meetings working from a database of clients
• Maintain a sales pipeline
• Calling new and lapsed clients to book sales meetings
• Growing accounts to maximum potential
• 85% new business, 15% account management
• Following through with the sale from start to finish
• Finding leads for the business and following up on these
• Meeting KPI’s
Ideal Skills & Experience
Someone who can comfortably address and demonstrate the following key abilities:
• Minimum of 12 months face to face sales experience - ideally B2B
• Degree - must be from the past 4 years
• Experience working towards KPIs
• Great relationship building skills
• Strong negotiating skills
• Proactive and self-motivated
