M&M Carriers is a transport hire company specialising in a diverse range of transport solutions based in Brisbane's southern suburb of Coopers Plains. We are looking for a driven and well organised sales representative to join our company to develop new business opportunities.

To be a successful applicant you will require:

• Previous sales experience preferably in the transport industry
• Previous experience with business to business sales
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Computer skills
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
• Ability to work productively in an autonomous environment
• A demonstrated success in a sales role will be highly regarded
• Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry
• Basic knowledge regarding trucks: trays, tautliners, crane trucks & low loaders

This is a permanent position (after probationary period) working five (5) days a week from Monday to Friday. We are looking for a confident, flexible, friendly and self motivated sales person to source new business opportunities, develop new markets and help our business expand.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Generating new sources of work by any means including cold calling
• Discovering and establishing relationships with new clients
• Providing regular feedback and reports to management on sales opportunities
• Meeting customer's requirements

A remuneration package is on offer for the right candidate that includes a bonus scheme.
