CRICKS HIGHWAY was established in November of 2013 and since then have continued to develop a successful business, providing excellent Customer Service across 3 Dealerships.

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Volkswagen sales team at Cricks Highway in Springwood.

We require a professional with a strong understanding of the current Automotive market to achieve targets within the sales team.

To be successful in this role you'll need to have at least 5 years experience working in a dealership environment as a Sales Manager. Previous experience with Volkswagen will be highly regarded however not essential.

You will be a process / procedure driven individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clientele, staff and manufacturers.

We're looking for someone who is prepared to not only manage the team, but also work out on the Sales Floor / Yard alongside them in this hands on role.

It's also important that you have the following:

• A current Automotive Sales / Dealers Licence
• A high level of personal presentation
• An approachable personality
• A stable employment history
• Excellent references to support your work history
• Confident computer skills - ERAnet experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to drive a team forward
• A current QLD Drivers Licence
