We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate sales person who loves chasing new business and growing an existing client base.
Our team is already established but due to an internal promotion, a position is now available at our Dandenong branch, for an individual who loves dealing with customers. Whether you’re a tradie with sales experience or a successful sales rep wanting to make your mark elsewhere, then we would like to hear from you.
Konnect is a leader in the fastener supply industry, with a proud history of servicing the mining, construction and manufacturing industries across Australia.
The Opportunity
We love to set up our people for success so we will start by giving you some existing accounts to manage while you’re getting to know our business and then set you free to go out and find some new customers.
You will be backed by a wonderful support team, who will take care of the admin part of your job, so you can just focus on doing what you do best, servicing your customers, both new and existing.
A typical day looks a bit like this:
- Making contact with existing customers
- Visiting customers face to face
- Prospecting for new business
- Working towards a sales budget and targets
- Delivering the highest standard of customer service
About You
To succeed in this role, you must be self motivated and not be afraid of rejection.
