About the Role
To achieve budgeted sales objectives for Samsung products sold through Selected Key Customers.
Required skills/Experience
- 5 – 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consumer electronics industry
- Proven account management experience
- Proven ability to achieve budgeted targets
- Proven ability work with cross functional teams
- Proven ability to achieve specific product sales targets
- Previous experience in building and maintaining customer satisfaction through the development of broad customer relationships, including senior management contact
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop sales plans and coordinate marketing strategies with clients within the context of top-line corporate strategy. Translate division target and segment strategy to monthly forecast and account plan with collaborative activity in go-to-market and retail execution.
- Drive and oversee cross functional customer engagement with Marcoms and Retail management teams. Align planning and execution in line with account strategy and market requirement.
- Responsible for Account Net sales result and managing account investment, optimizing ROI and alignment with top-line business objectives. Actively participate and negotiate terms of CE products in client buying meetings.
- Manage and negotiate the account promotional plan across all media and consumer touch points, maximize ROI and alignment with product strategy and national campaigns.
- Manage the client relationship plus internal and external stake holders. Assess impact and provide recommendation for cross category and divisional engagement.
- Gather, analyze and provide actionable insights from financial/sales/market data and information. Monitor competitor activity (including pricing movements and promotions)
- Develop and implement account ranging strategy with the Product Management team.
