The key duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain a safety first culture
- Assist in branch staff and operations workforce
- Demonstrate sound commercial acumen
- Assist with asset management and quality management
- Facilitate high levels of customer service
- Provide input into budgets, P&L and KPI’s as required
Skills and experience:
- Sales and customer service that involves high volume transactions
- Sound people management skills
- Understand P&L and KPI’s
- Sound communication skills and computer skills
- Experience in the hire industry or associated industries
