Introduction
As a Partnership Manager based in Hobart you will develop and manage relationships with both State and National employers in order to build successful partnerships and deliver quality opportunities for our customers. The opportunity
- Developing and maintaining multi-stakeholder relationships with employers and building successful partnerships
- Identifying new areas of growth within employers and seeking new business
- Championing Max Employment as an employment service partner of choice
- Delivering on the operational requirements of the employer and delivering quality opportunities for our customers
About You
- Significant experience in sales and delivering successful plans to agreed timescales
- Proven experience achieving and exceeding targets
- Extensive experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships with a strong focus on customer care
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think strategically, with an analytical and creative approach to problem solving
