Your new role
Due to increased growth, a unique opportunity is available for an experienced Account Manager with sound knowledge of SaaS. As an Account Manager, you will be an escalated point of contact for all clients above the Tier 1 support officers and will also be responsible for managing a base of key clients. You will build and maintain strong relationship with clients, understanding their needs and in turn retaining their business and educating them on additional services suitable to their business.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be technically savvy and will possess a solid understanding of software solutions. You will have previous experience in an Account Management role within the SaaS space, dealing with SME through to large corporates. Any knowledge of the Accounting and Finance market will be highly regarded, however is not a mandatory requirement. You will have exceptional client servicing skills, and will be able to build and maintain rapport with your clients.
