We are a well-established manufacturing business based in the Southern Highlands that is experiencing rapid growth across several markets.
Manufacturing and sales of our own precast products is our primary focus, however we do stock and supply a range of concrete products to enable us to offer a comprehensive range to our customers.

This operation is part of a larger group of companies with head office support based in Sydney. The business has recently implemented a state of the art ERP system with CRM, manufacturing, inventory management and advanced pricing controls to ensure our staff have the tools they need to perform. It has excellent industry contacts and resources available to help staff maximise their potential. As a business we understand we are only as good as our team.
About the role
Ideally, we are after some one that will not only drive sales but provide leadership and professionalism to the business.
The role itself will initially be focused on establishing a strong sales base and a healthy pipeline with our existing customers.
You would also be required to work with the manufacturing team to forecast and manage production requirements and customer expectations.
A technical understanding of precast concrete would be an advantage as the business is always looking to develop new product lines as opportunities arise.
We are happy to invest in training (sales / management / manufacturing) for the right candidate and are looking for some one that wants to grow with the business.
