THE POSITION - Fleet Sales

Due to fresh restructuring we are looking for an experienced Fleet Consultant. Previous experience in Fleet Sales within the Automotive will be highly regarded and the ability to achieve set targets whilst delivering an exceptional Customer Experience.

The ideal candidate will already have a workable customer base to continue building relationships. You will be provided with ongoing support and training at multiple levels and with a successful, supportive team around you who will assist you in your success. This is a great opportunity to join our busy dealership. An attractive remuneration package including a five day working week will be offered to attract the right person for this role..

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate and have previous experience in

  • Effective Time Management
  • Ability to multi skill at a quick pace
  • Ability to follow process, accurately document updates and build networks
  • Meeting and exceeding targets for the sale of vehicles
  • Responsible for supporting existing clients and prospecting for new opportunities in medium business, corporate partner, government and fleet leasing space
  • Participate in tenders and pricing
  • Deliver on all promises made to our stakeholders
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels
  • Previous fleet sales experience, business to business
  • Successfully grown and manage major accounts
  • Proven ability to identify and grow New Business opportunities
