  • Part time role – 3-4 days a week
  • Assist with project coordination, event management, and marketing support
  • Support the Immunology, Hepatology, & Dermatology Sales and Marketing Teams

As our Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Immunology, Hepatology, Dermatology (IHD) Sales and Marketing Teams, assisting with project coordination, event management, and marketing support. This involves coordinating meetings and managing customer queries, as well as the smooth and efficient processing of all tasks associated with dinner meeting requests and sponsorships.

Franchise and Marketing Support

  • Coordination of internal planning meetings and marketing processes
  • Support PO administrators with promotional expenditure such as raising PO’s, processing invoices, and reconciliation
  • Support the delivery of Product Familiarization programs and Patient Support programs
  • Support the Franchise Director with travel, diary management, and expense support
  • Assistance with marketing projects, if and as required
  • Respond to all IHD customer enquiries and re-direct calls to Sales team as required

Commercial Dinner Meetings and Sponsorships:

  • Create and distribute dinner invitations and meeting materials
  • Create Speaker agreement and Sponsorship contracts, and record this on the Legal database
  • Produce reports on Dinner meeting and sponsorship activities as requested by the Managers
  • Book flights and accommodation for attending guests
  • Process all RSVPS in a timely manner, documenting on the system the relevant meeting attendance lists
  • Process and track sponsorship invoices

This is a part-time role working 3.5 days a week, with flexibility around how this is structured.

About You:

To be successful you will have previous experience in a sales & marketing coordinator, administration, or PA/EA role. You can work autonomously and use your initiative to be proactive and effective. You have excellent time management skills and can juggle multiple priorities at one time.
