It's busy here at AOL. Really busy. That's why we need to expand all three of our product design teams with additional sales and design professional now! Australian Outdoor Living specialises in Outdoor Blinds, Artificial Lawn and Pergolas, Verandahs and Decking.
We have an increased level of qualified leads waiting to be serviced, and generous commissions waiting to be paid to those who can close the deal.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful individual will be provided with:
- Effective marketing campaigns producing a high-volume of quality leads
- Qualified & confirmed appointments provided 24 hours in advance
- Generous commission structure and lead self-generation program
- Sales training and ongoing support
- Flexibility in managing your work load
- Opportunities for career advancement
- You will need to be available to work on Saturday.
ABOUT YOU
We value the customer experience, honesty and accuracy above all else. We're looking for someone who:
- Knows how to sell without being a "salesperson"
- Has a proven track record of success in concept selling and in-home consultations
- Is motivated, determined, proactive and driven to succeed
- Is customer-focussed with exceptional communication skills. A key part of the role is ongoing communication with your clients throughout the duration of the project.
- A current driver's license and maintained vehicle is essential
- Has previous experience in a similar role – advantageous
