ACD Trade is one of Qld's largest HVAC wholesalers with currently 8 branches throughout Qld and the NT and due to our continued growth in the SEQ wholesale market for Air Conditioning and associated products, ACD Trade is looking for an experienced Internal Trade Sales Person to join our team based in our new Toowoomba branch.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers with trade counter and phone sales enquiries
- Provide technical product information to customers including face to face, phone and email
- Enter sales, process invoices, purchase orders and transfers into the system in an accurate and timely manner
- Supply and follow up on quotations
- Assist with the maintenance and presentation of the trade centre to ensure it is kept clean, tidy and stocked in accordance with company guidelines
- Be aware of OH&S and ensure safe work practices and environment
- Effective collaboration with other staff throughout the business
- General administration duties as directed
KEY CRITERIA
- Dynamic team player and self-motivated individual
- HVAC, Air Conditioning or Electrical Sales experience desirable
- A current manual driver's license
- High attention to detail and solid organisation skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Intermediate to high level of computer skills
- Possess outstanding customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- A current LF forklift license would be beneficial but not essential.
- Possible progression into External Account Managers role in future.
