Currently, we have a new position available for a Distributor Account Manager to join the sales team looking after New South Wales.

As the Distributor Account Manager, you will have the responsibility of selling the complete UFS portfolio into the NSW Distributor network. This position reports directly to the NSW State Sales Manager.

You will motivated by achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual targets within distributor accounts. This will be achieved via effective planning, formulating strategic account plans and strong relationships within the Distributor channels including training and educating teams in the UFS range by conducting regular demonstrations. You will also be responsible for national promotional activations which are executed and driven at branch level.  You will be confident in your ability to conduct effective quarterly and six monthly reviews with your network.

Most importantly, you will be totally customer focused, an effective communicator, a team player and proactive in your sales approach.  We are seeking a creative individual that is happy to challenge the norm and use their experience and knowledge of industry to apply new sales techniques and outcomes.

You will be passionate about the food industry with a thorough understanding of the market. You will come with proven track record in sales and as well as exceptional communication skills and ability to drive positive sales results through strong negotiation, innovation and development of new and existing Distributor channels. Your previous role and background within the foodservice market will give you an advantage, but we are open to applicants from all fields.
