Based in Campbellfield, Victoria and reporting directly to the General Manager, this full-time salaried position is responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a busy, dynamic Sales Team to achieve financial results and growth within the marketplace. Australian Outdoor Living offer an attractive bonus structure, that will see a motivated and effective manager able to achieve significant additions to their base salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales operations of the Product Division
- Lead, coach, develop and mentor a team of In-Home Sales Consultants
- Managing and ensuring budgeted sales targets are met
- Preparing and providing regular sales reports and analysis
- Working closely with our Marketing Team in the development of new marketing material
- Ensuring that day-to-day client issues are addressed
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience with Concept or In-Home Consultation selling in the home improvements industry (highly advantageous)
- Relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage teams
- Computer literacy
