Due to unprecedented growth in sales, Berwick Mitsubishi is now hiring Customer Experience Specialists to join the Used Car Department. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will support customers from the moment they enter this modern and innovative dealership or visit with them at an offsite location.

This opportunity is unique. Training in a “step by step formula” will be provided to the successful applicants.

This role is about about connecting with people and providing customers with a fantastic experience -guaranteed to exceed expectations. To be successful in this role, you will have a background in sales or customer service. You will be able to follow procedures, be enthusiastic, be a conversationalist and committed to meet the challenges faced in this role.

You will also need to be well organised with customers, capturing customer details and managing appointment and vehicle handover times. You will add value by introducing customers to additional products like Mechanical Protection Plans, other warranties, and accessories. The Customer Experience Specialist will prepare and present walk around videos of in-stock vehicles to enable customers to pre-purchase subject to inspection, test drive, and finance. You will also handover the vehicle to the customer. To apply for this opportunity, you must have a valid manual driver’s licence and an acceptable and safe driving record.

The salary for this position will consist of base retainer and incentives that would expect you to earn $70,000 pa plus superannuation. This is a full-time position and includes Saturdays.
