About the Company:
Bingo Industries is an ASX Listed waste management and recycling company with more than 10 years' experience servicing both the building and construction industry as well as industrial and commercial customers.
About the role:
The Accounts Retention specialist is responsible for maintaining our clients service contract relationships and administrative support. You will be responsible for the Management of Commercial & Liquid Waste contracts due to expire, conducting contract re-signs for existing clients as a first priority, the service of existing accounts, obtaining orders and re-newing contracts by planning and organising daily work schedules to call on existing customers, providing administrative support to the Account Management team for major accounts including reporting and invoicing. You will also keep the Sales Manager informed on activity and results
About You:
- Relevant account/customer management experience
- Sales approach
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of office software packages (MS Office)
- Effective time management
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
