At Youfoodz we are bringing talented people together.  As National Sales Manager you will lead our talented Sales Team that that are committed to developing effective and long term business partnerships with wholesalers and distributors.  

You will be responsible for the successful management and roll out of the retail strategy for Youfoodz + Enterprise brands and assist in driving commercial & operation results.

We have ambitious targets for this sector of the business and we're looking for someone who shares our vision and can lead our amazing team to bring the vision to life.

Let's get down to the nitty gritty requirements of the role: 

  • Leadership role to coach and guide 20+ sales, merchandising and operational staff
  • Coordinate & communicate with all relevant internal departments including logistics & distribution, accounts, marketing, creative & operations.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the sales calendar while coordinating campaigns and promotions with all YF stakeholders.  
  • Meeting with Business Owners, Franchises and Group Marketing Managers to plan, monitor and review activity.
  • Manage the execution of all activities including accountability across the team and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of all work.
  • Set and achieve goals & KPI's for your department.
  • Following timelines & company marketing calendars.
  • Drive brand & culture consistency across all touch points.
  • Analysis of results and insights to improve overall strategy for Retail.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Always challenge the status quo & innovate

Key requirements:

  • Solutions focused leader
  • 5 years experience in senior management within FMCG, sales or a franchise group
  • Experience managing and leading a team to achieve KPI's
  • Sales, retail & distributions knowledge and experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and decision making skills
  • Driven to work autonomously while taking lead in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to develop and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
