We require someone to handle customer enquiries for after sales spare parts and to perform various administration tasks.

Full training will be provided with regards to Bus Seat componentry.

The successful candidate must have some experience in the following:

Dealing with customers on the phone
Creating orders in our computer system
Following up on orders
Collecting and packing of orders however you will have a support person to assist.
Booking freight
Invoicing
Microsoft Outlook
Basic Administration duties

The successful applicant will demonstrate an understanding of providing a high level of service.

You must be able to work as a part of a team as well as one your own.

Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 7:30am until 4pm, Friday 7am until 1pm.

Plenty of parking available on the street.
