Reporting into the National Sales Director and Managing Director, you will lead B2B sales, new business development and account management.


Key duties and responsibilities include:
  • Maintain and grow existing customer base as well as prospect and develop new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate the tender process and liaise with experts across the business to develop winning proposals.
  • Develop, present and convert specific product and application solutions to target customers and projects.
  • Achieve business sales and profitability targets.
  • Strive to provide the industry benchmark levels of technical and sales support.
  • Understand the Ingal EPS product range and be in a position to offer and specify the full product portfolio to all market segments.


The ideal candidate:
  • Commercially astute technical sales specialist with exposure to the industrial or related industry.
  • A dynamic and motivated individual with strong business acumen.
  • Passion for B2B sales and demonstrate a proactive approach to business development.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, well-honed negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to project manage tender applications; first-rate organisational and time management skills.
  • A high level of professionalism & integrity.
  • Have the ability to travel approximately twice a month.
