Key responsibilities:
• Create, allocate and reach the national wholesale target both overall and broken by individual account. Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales goals.
• Arrange and manage all sales appointments for all domestic wholesale accounts.
• Create and collaborate all strategic plans for growth
• Report directly to the Directors regarding all style performance and sell through. Provide input on seasonal range planning to maximise opportunity in sales.
• Work closely with national accounts and regularly analyse the market to ensure our product is relevant and gaps are filled with exclusive styles or injection pieces.
• Monitor all deliveries with the Warehouse and Production teams, ensure product is received within the specified window and liaise with the Production department when issues arise.
• Work with the Marketing department on key trade marketing strategies including in-store promotions and visual merchandising.
• Touch base with all accounts on a weekly basis and provide feedback to the Directors regarding sell through, in-store activity, competitor activity, new requirements, fit and deliveries.
Skills Required:
- Experience in a similar role within Fashion
- You are excellent at optimizing sales, hungry, and driven by numbers and love closing!
- You are extremely organised with admin work and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have advanced Excel Skills, previous experience with MYOB, Indigo8, AP21 or similar apparel software.
- You are energetic, positive, and love fashion trends and know who our competitors and clients are.
- You have an in-depth understanding of the Australian fashion market.
