ADRAD is a progressive growing company looking to expand its market share through Key account management and new account generation. We are renowned for our high-quality products, extensive product range and fantastic customer service.

As the successful candidate:

• Customer focus & support
• Researching & developing our product range
• Forecasts, budgeting & sales reporting
• Representing our range of Air Conditioning products at all levels
• You will be responsible for developing an existing product range in the Air Conditioning Aftermarket Segment across Victoria managing an existing customer base
• Reporting to the State Manager, you will work within a team environment and collaborate with the national sales team to achieve continued growth
• You will possess the drive, leadership potential, determination and market analysis skills to realise the rewards this role has to offer

To be eligible for this position you must have the following:

• Proven track record of a high level of customer service in the automotive market
• Ability to identify and pursue new accounts and avenues to market through market analysis and initiating customer contact
• Results orientated
• Ability to travel
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate initiative
• Demonstrated time management skills
• Previous air-conditioning experience would be viewed favorably.
