KONE Australia is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and this represents an opportunity to join our  business working in our Northern (QLD/NT) region.

 

This multifaceted role interfaces with building owners and representatives to modernise their vertical transport with innovative, people flow technologies. This role will allow the successful candidate to work within a customer oriented and highly motivated team. You will proactively work with local teams, national engineering teams and clients across the region creating opportunities and recommendations for technology enhancements, OH&S compliance or aesthetic/user functionality.

This role will suit a results driven person who has the desire and focus to find new business opportunities and has the passion to share in our clients’ successes. 

 

What will you be doing?

  • Proactively target clients across the region – spending a large portion of your time working with existing clients and developing new clients.
  • Build rapport and resolve customer issues in a constructive manner.
  • Understand the customer needs and requirements to capitalise on all lead opportunities, orders and contracts to meet sales and pricing targets and achieve agreed individual KPI’s.
  • Perform CRM tasks and update process records in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Estimate tendering and quoting project submissions whilst actively following up.
  • Ensure the contents of the customer order received are in line with the KONE negotiation process, including terms and conditions, quality and safety.

 

Are you the one?

  • tertiary qualifications in Sales/Marketing, Business Management or similar
  • A passion for customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Competent computer skills
