Rogerseller is a privately owned business in operation for over 120 years. We enjoy an excellent reputation with our clients. These include Designers, Architects & Specifiers and design savvy retail customers and are recognised leaders in designing high end bathroom and kitchen solutions. This role is based in our Brisbane showroom.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have experience consulting with high end furnishings (ideally within the bathroom industry) and be able to demonstrate a complete solution selling approach coupled with consistent budget achievement. We will need to see a genuine passion and appreciation for style and design at the top end – we’re all obsessed about it here!
The position is approx. 20 to 24 hours per week, no weekends or late-night trading. The hours and number of days per week (3 or 4) are flexible to attract the right candidate. Our retail environment allows you to balance your work/life priorities. An attractive remuneration package (including regular performance based incentives) will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on skills and experience.
Skills and Experience
- Experience selling high end consumer products with some technical complexity
- Ability to multi-task and maintain strong time management
- Proven solution selling abilities and capability to communicate a design concept
- Excellent people skills and you must be customer driven
- Moderate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
