ABOUT THE ROLE
Based in Regency Park, Adelaide, the role will primarily focus on new business development but you must also show the ability to manage an existing account portfolio. Your focus will be to add value and improve supply chain services to our current and new customer partnerships.
DUTIES, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- You have a demonstrated ability to identify, qualify and close deals.
- You will bring a clear demonstrable knowledge of the sales process and strategic execution in order to meet and exceed targets.
- Attitude is an important aspect; you are an outstanding team player and enjoy taking ownership of issues with experience in coming up with creative solutions.
- Your day to day duties will primarily involve communicating with current and prospective customers; you must have exceptional communication abilities with the systematic and practical skills to problem solve at the highest level.
- You have sound computer knowledge and strong experience using Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- While prior transport or freight forwarding experience is not compulsory, a broad understanding of business supply chain functions, sales and operations will be an advantage.
