The Client
They form part of the Kering Group of companies - which is home to such brands as Gucci, Saint Laurent and Stella McCartney, just to name a few. They design, manufacture and distribute highly desirable products such as leather goods, shoes, jewellery, silks, eyewear and fragrances.

They are a growing and dynamic business that seeks to attract industry-leading Sales Associates who are entrepreneurial by nature and thrive within a performance-orientated organisation.

The role
We are currently on the lookout for an experienced luxury Sales Associate to join our Chadstone boutique. The successful candidate will be someone who has extensive customer service experience and has worked towards targets and KPI's.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with your team to achieve business objectives
• Supporting Boutique Management in implementing activities and strategic projects
• Demonstrating excellence in sales and clienteling
• Assisting Brand Manager and Boutique Management to develop and implement CRM initiatives
• Ensuring correct interpretation and implementation of visual merchandising guidelines
• Supporting the store or boutique to be economically and operationally effective

Skills and Experience required

• Proven experience working for a ''Luxury'' brand
• Exceptional communication skills
• Emotional intelligence and a positive, optimistic outlook
• Immaculate presentation
• The flexibility to work boutique trading hours as required
• Passionate about growing a career within the luxury fashion industry
