About the role
The Kalgoorlie Miner has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and customer service to join our dynamic sales team.
The position is Full time - Monday to Friday and is based in our Kalgoorlie office and reporting to the Sales Manager. The role is primarily focused on providing a quality customer service within the Sales Department
Responsibilities involve growing revenue from an existing client base while identifying new business opportunities. The successful applicant will need to be well presented, have an outgoing and enthusiastic personality and demonstrate a willingness to help clients succeed. A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service is a must.
Who we’re looking for
- We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Have demonstrated experience working in a customer service environment with a proven track record
- Have the ability to manage client feedback and complaints and quickly resolve issues
- Have strong written and verbal communication
- Be a strong team player, be highly motivated and a self-starter.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Possess a high level of attention to detail
- Have the ability to problem solve and find solutions to complex issue
- A current WA Driver’s licence is essential.
