The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the face of Coca Cola Amatil within your territory of customers - being their go-to for all their needs, and consistently providing them with exceptional customer service. You will be working across our retail channel within the Devonport territory.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Visiting your customers on a regular call cycle to help drive growth and maximise opportunity for the customer and the business
  • Developing strong customer engagement through a collaborative approach
  • Conducting regular business reviews and customer resolutions in store and reviewing outlet execution measures including range, share and activations
  • Develop and execute promotional plans with customers, ensuring adherence to compliance
  • Demonstrate knowledge of competitor activities, strategies, pricing, client objections, & local market characteristics through various reporting mechanisms

About You 

You will have experience in building strong business relationships and are able to demonstrate exceptional communication, planning, and organisation skills. Most importantly you will have the desire and passion to succeed, a thirst to learn and be motivated to achieve goals. The ability to build relationships, be adaptable, versatile organized and business savvy is what will set you apart! 

The successful application will possess the following – 

  • Experience in achieving goals and targets
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organise work within a large territory
  • Passion and for building strong relationships with customer
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated person.
