A fantastic career opportunity exists for a highly motivated Business Development Manager looking for new challenges, to join StayWell Holdings, as the company further continue its growth and expansion in Australia.

We are seeking for a dynamic, energetic and motivated Business Development Manager to be part of the Regional Australia Sales Team. With focused Hotels in Victoria and Tasmania, you may be based in Head office Sydney or in Melbourne for this role.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, Australia and Hotel General Managers we are seeking a motivated, dynamic and resilient Business Development  Manager who wants to stand out and make a contribution.

This role will manage the sales activities in line with the sales and marketing plan to achieve/exceed budget and sales strategy for the Australia hotels.

You will likewise  be responsible for monitoring competitors activities and assist in marketing intelligence, selling to new, existing and prospective customers in line with your sales KPIs and Hotel budgets.

 

THE ROLE

You will be required to generate opportunities across the Australia Hotels (with a focus in Victoria and Tasmania) and the Group.

Manage an existing portfolio of accounts and new business from the Government, Corporate and MICE segments for the Australia Hotels, along with managing relationships with Key TMCs partners.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

 

  • You will need to have a minimum of 3 years previous Hotel sales experience in a similar role.
  •  Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Self-starter
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Be competent using Microsoft office programs
  • Have knowledge in the  use of Salesforce CRM
