The Position 

Due to the large expansion of our client base and internal growth, we are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our friendly team at Besst Recruitment, Yeerongpilly. Your role will be to contact and liaison with new clients and seek out other business opportunities within all industries. As a sales consultant you will be responsible for sourcing out these clients and successfully managing the pipeline of sales orders for our recruitment team. 

Responsibilities

• Generate new relations in Business to Business Sales (B2B)
• Manage existing clients 
• Provide end-to-end service to all our clients 
• Write job descriptions to give to our recruiters 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients 
• Regularly maintain clients accounts 
• Managing databases
• Managing an active workforce that will be on casual hire to a range of different clients

  
You will need to be able to demonstrate

• Proven experience in Business to Business sales (B2B)
• A strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a non-negotiable for this position
• Proven ability to not only meet but exceed all KPI’s provided
• Strong ability to work effectively autonomously, as you will be working by yourself majority of the working day
• Intermediate to advance computer literacy skills
• Previous Trade or Labour Hire sales experience will be highly regarded
• Must have their own car and license

The successful candidate must be a highly driven individual, goal orientated and energetic.
