An exciting opportunity exists for Business Development Manager to join our team in our Kensington office.

You will join a warm desk sourcing new construction business but will also have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and desire to expand the company into different industry segments. This role will have you actively seeking and maintaining new business both in the office and on site.

The role:

  • Actively seek new business, identify sales opportunities and lead generation for company
  • Achieve KPI’s and overall company targets
  • Price and negotiate labour hire rates with clients
  • Create and maintain new relationships
  • Promote, maintain and enhance JV brand
  • Provide assistance and guidance to account managers and resourcers
Ideal Candidate:

  • Knowledge or exposure to the construction or civil industries
  • Tenacious approach to sales and reaching targets
  • Valid Australian Drivers license
  • Highly motivated, persistent and driven to succeed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident and persuasive in talking with people
  • Able to show initiative be able to find solutions and resolve problems
