Our Company is a manufacturer and World leader in premium spray applied protective linings and coatings. With manufacturing operations on two continents and customers in 65 countries around the world we are well positioned for growth. As a part of our growth plans we are seeking an experienced professional sales person in a full time capacity to be responsible for our Queensland and Northern Territory market.
Reporting to the General Manager your primary role will be to drive sales to our existing customer base and also establish new distribution channels for sales of our Automotive, Industrial and Flooring product range. The successful candidate will ideally be able to demonstrate a disciplined independence, possess a proven sales track record and have had experience in the industrial coatings or epoxy floor industry market.
Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a professional applicant who is highly motivated, hungry for success and meets the following criteria:
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with Infusionsoft would be an advantage
- Proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients
- Organised, with the ability to work with a high level of autonomy and responsibility
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Proven willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Previous experience in the industrial coatings or epoxy flooring industries
- Ability to travel with some interstate
- Current A Class Drivers Licence
Remuneration will be dependant on experience however the successful applicant can expect an attractive base salary and an outstanding commission structure tied to sales performance.
