About the role

We are looking for the right person with a hunger to succeed and a willingness to learn.  We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Motor Vehicle Salesperson to join our successful team situated in Tamworth in North West NSW.  You will be a driven professional with a strong desire to achieve both individual and team results, while possessing both the attitude and interpersonal skills to provide the highest level of customer service for your guests.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a high knowledge level about vehicles and products
  • Ability to understand cost benefits reasoning analysis among product range and communicate to clients
  • Commitment to individual targets and team objectives
  • Understanding the customers objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes
  • Forming long term business partnerships with customers in order to leverage future transactions/ purchases
  • Identifying and exceeding the needs of customers by providing in-depth advice and service
  • Assisting in the selection and purchase process of a vehicle.
  • Identifying and gaining new business through a sustained program of cold calling, mailing, following up referrals/ leads and keeping abreast of competitors strategies
  • Conducting product demonstrations and co-ordinating the preparation of product delivery ensuring specific deal agreements (extras/ options) and all paperwork are completed to a high standard
  • Introduce all guests to the business manager for finance and insurance.
  • All paperwork to be competed accurately at all times
  • Demonstrating behaviours that align with company policies and organisational values.

  • Highly successful in a previous sales role.
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships with customers resulting in sales
