PURPOSE
As directed by the CEO the Sales Executive will achieve new growth sales and profitability targets
To establish mature relationships with our varied clients, to address our lapsed clients, in introducing our range of services
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Process and analyse sales forecasting for all client potential to ensure accurate forecast planning
Review client reports and generate monthly sales reports
Manage clients queries and to respond in a timely manner to ensure client satisfaction is achieved
Review our client data base, our sevices and procedures to ensure the full satisfaction of all clients
Review current sales procedures and develop an innovative means for the return of lapsed clients
EXECUTIVE PROFILE
You are to be an ambitious professional who presents as such
An accomplished executive who cannot tolerate failure
Skilled in communication and negotiation techniques, at all levels
Skilled in fully understanding a clients needs and ability to provide them
A ready ability to collaborate with all staff members
EXPERIENCE
Of a 2 years minimum experience in labour hire and industrial recruitment market
Current knowledge of modern awards and EBA's
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Data Base programmes
