Trainee Commercial Van & X-Class Sales Executive
Macarthur Automotive is part of the Peter Warren Group, one of Australia's largest multi-franchised motor dealer groups. With over 2,000 employees throughout NSW and QLD, we are very focused on growing and developing a career path for all our employees.
With the completion of our new dealership near, and the arrival of our much anticipated X-Class, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and driven Sales Executive to be part of our sales team at Mercedes-Benz Macarthur.
The Role will involve the following:
- Working closely with the Sales Manager to achieve your monthly targets
- Provide an exceptional and engaging customer experience
- Create professional working relationships with new and existing customers
- Ability to learn how to be responsible for the sale, processing and delivery of customer's vehicles
- Regular training to develop strong product knowledge of our brand
- Flexibility and able to work on weekends
The successful candidate will need the following:
- Immaculate Presentation
- Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- Show a strong interest in Commercial Vehicles
- Sound computer knowledge
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships with all our customer base
- Be prepared to help grow this department as we move in to our new dealership
- Ability to adapt to customer’s expectations and needs
- Demonstrate a high level of success drive
- NSW Driver's license
