Our client is a global industry leader with product lines expanding across 9 countries. They deliver commercial solutions in software and technology to implement an innovative platform for reward programs.

Description

Reporting to the Senior Sales Director your main focus will be:

  • Prospect new potential customers through phone, email and various other technologies

  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified leads and opportunities

  • Connect with qualified contacts and create interest for them in how we can help them change the way their world works

  • Work with the Marketing and Sales functions to help create campaigns as part of a planned communication calendar

  • Partner with our experienced BDMs to help fill their pipeline with qualified meeting appointments

  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest over time

  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)

  • Conduct high level conversations with senior and middle tier relevant contacts within an organisation

  • Be the super star in keeping our CRM (Salesforce) up to date and use it to plan your daily / weekly call plan

  • Be active in learning and developing your skills through a formal L & D plan

Profile

Your knowledge, skills and attributes to be successful in this role:

  • Sales experience (2+ years with a track record of high performance)

  • Previous experience cold calling/prospecting

  • CRM experience (i.e. Salesforce)

  • A competitive and curious attitude

  • Personable with great energy

  • Resilience - you don’t love "no" but you know how to deal with it

  • Ability to understand prospect needs and meet that need with a successful pitch for a meeting

  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritise, and manage time effectively
