Reporting to the General Manager- Business Development, the focus of this field role is to personify the Nucrush brand at a local level on the Gold Coast. The role will encompass both Concrete and Quarry material sales.
You must be:
- results driven, resilient and a motivated self-starter
- experienced in both cold calling and account management
- experienced in value selling - not price selling
- able to foster relationships with all types of clients
- willing and able to deliver on-going customer service and support
It is essential that:
- you know your way around a computer and can accurately report and plan your sales activities
- you have advanced verbal and written communication skills and effective personal presentation
- you have a tenacious field-sales approach, focused on solutions and relationships
- you have the availability to arrange your work hours to suit our clients which will involve early morning site visits
You might not have extensive experience in selling concrete or quarry materials, but you will have proven success of selling on service out in the field.
