VAC Group is the leader in the non-destructive-vacuum excavation, utility locating, soil disposal and soil removal industry. As a professional service provider, we ensure all of our work is compliant to work health and safety and environmental legislation and have a particular focus on the safety of our employees, as well as other members of the community. 

As we implement the next stages of our business plan for Australian operations we are now looking for an  exceptional, experienced and enthusiastic Business Development Manager.  

This role requires a proven track record including -:

  • Sales and Marketing, within the Construction/Waste Management sector
  • Strong client relationship skills – new business and existing clients
  • An existing professional network of contacts within the sector
  • Excellent time management and reporting skills
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Creating and managing sales campaigns and promoting the product/s
  • An ability to work autonomously AND in a team

You will be reporting directly to the National Sales and Marketing Manager and will be an integral member of a team, charged with driving the VAC Group business in Victoria.

A very attractive remuneration package including base, a vehicle and KPI based bonuses will be on offer for the successful candidate. This package (with all targets being met) sits around the $160k level.

This is a role for someone who is ready to take another big step in their career and is ideally suited to a Sales Professional who thrives on the entire sales cycle. Sourcing, Selling, Sealing and Servicing their clients.
