The Queensland solutions sales team is a high performing, fun and driven business unit who thrive in a fast-paced environment. There is never a dull moment in this team and you will play a pivotal support role with the opportunity to work with key stakeholders from across the business.
 
The Role
 
We have a position available for a Solutions Presales Consultant to join our team based in Brisbane.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the solutions sales team by providing technical expertise to assist with the overall development of the solution lifecycle. In addition, you will ensure our solutions are successfully designed and implemented within scope to our client’s business requirements.
 
You will be responsible for the following:
 
  • Work closely with specialist sales resource to generate value for customers.
  • Lead and coordinate virtual teams to support the delivery of a solution design (and relevant documentation)
  • Contribute thought-leading solutions, ideas and concepts aligned to vertical sector knowledge.
  • Engage with external and internal stakeholders to ensure the solution delivers overall client objectives.
  • Ensure Pre-Sales capability in consultancy and technical solution design is a competitive advantage and actively used in the sales process
  • Providing technical and solution documentation to support responses to tenders, RFI, RFP and RFO’s
  • Peer review of solution design and solution related documentation
  • Responsible for ensuring solutions are commercially viable and profitable
The Person
 
To be successful in this role you must be a confident, articulate and creative individual who will take a consultative approach with our customers to define, assess, measure and deliver a tailored solution.
 
We’re ideally looking for someone who has presales experience with Kofax, Intelledox Infiniti, ABBYY or similar software products.


Other qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in technical and business consulting roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and technology savvy
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creative problem solver and conceptual thinker
