The Role

• Provide professional Sales Support to customers after understanding their requirements
• Build and develop strong customer networks
• Ensure that product and service promises are delivered
• Includes weekend work and rotating roster

Your Duties

• Welcome customers into a state of the art showroom and build relationships based on trust and sound advice
• Build quotation portfolio and manage through to completion
• Advise customers of regular special events or changes in product specifications
• Work in a strong team environment that supports each others customers

Your Expertise

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to relate to people
• Mature, respectful communicator
• May have a trade background or interior design (not essential)
• Strong presenter of products based on a clear understanding of the customers requirements
• Ability to identify issues and resolve them to minimise disruption to customer plans
• Capacity to learn, training includes full ongoing product knowledge
