Job tasks and responsibilities

You will be required to have the ability to prospect and list residential property in our core area's of Mornington and Mount Martha however there is no restriction to where you can operate. There are no boundaries or farm areas in The Ray White franchaise.

You will have exclusive rights to manage and sell your own listings. 

You will NOT be competing with the Principal or Sales Manager for listings. All leads into the office are distributed evenly within the sales team.

You will be offered continual on-going training and support at Corporate level.

Skills and experience

Ideally the suitable candidate will have their Real Estate license however your Agents Reps certificate will suffice. A current drivers license and car are essential.

You must possess the ability to work independently and be motivated to achieve a high level of sales. 

The right candidate must live locally and have a sound knowledge of the Mornington area.
