We are currently looking to appoint a talented Channel Account Executive to generate new business, nurture a current pipeline and see you leveraging your existing network. In order to be successful, you will have strong influencing and relationship building skills with a focus on customer service. You will have a proven track record of converting sales, be professional with excellent phone manner, passionate and forward thinking.
Responsibilities include:
- Daily inbound and outbound contact by phone and email to manage lead qualification, lead generation and nurturing pipeline opportunities
- Assist partners with queries around monthly billing terms, changing billing arrangements and other ad hoc requests
- Daily client prospecting and relationship building activities with new and existing customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain all records in our CRM – Salesforce
