We are a local South Australian business who work with a diverse range of clients from corporate, not-for-profit, both State / Local Government and manufacturing businesses. We offer clients a range of services for the entire employment cycle including permanent, temporary and contract recruitment, employee assessment and selection.
About this role
This is a broad, challenging and exciting role, which will be instrumental in shaping new growth within the SA market. Your role will include working closely with our leadership team and consultants.

About You
Using your business development experience to generate a strong pipeline you will covert our sales offerings into new business opportunities. You will be passionate in developing and maintaining external relationships which will allow you to deliver results and succeed in your new role.
To be considered for this exciting new opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Prior experience in a sales focused role with proven success in business development/sales
- Current Drivers Licence and car
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills in order to communicate with clients and draft proposal's
- Strategic business awareness
- Account management skills
- Negotiating and closing sales opportunities
- Maintain an extended network to enhance services, providing creative solutions to suit individual customer requirements
