Responsibilities

  • Maintain existing revenue and generate new revenue in-line with set revenue targets.

  • Meet the company's minimum expectations in relation to daily customer contacts.

  • Manage ALH's existing client base aimed at achieving our customers goals.

  • Understand the client's short- and long-term needs and how ALH's product/service offering can assist in achieving their strategic goals.

  • Ensure the quality of ALH service delivered remains high aimed at driving customer retention.

  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities from both present and past customers.

  • Retain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling.

  • Understand, monitor and report competitor activity and market trends.

  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure clients satisfaction levels remain high.

  • Represent the company at various industry specific trade shows, exhibitions and events.

  • Draft regular written reports and prepare monthly presentations outlining the division performance against set sales objectives and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years Sales Rep/Account Management experience. Preferably within a healthcare related environment.

  • Bachelor Degree in a science or business related field.

  • Proven track record in sales.

  • A good driving history and clean police record.

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a timely manner.

  • Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success.

  • Some weekend work, the ability to travel interstate/overseas is a requirement of the role.
