Main Responsibilities
- Act as the main client contact and establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel.
- Cross and up sell their suite of products by identifying new business opportunities across their AU, NZ and Singapore clients
- Grow and develop the existing portfolio of clients to drive top line growth
- Achievement of quarterly revenue targets
- Build, develop and maintain a healthy relationship with existing top tier clients -
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs.
- Conduct product demos, articulate their value propositions, build rapport and nurture their high quality clients
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Account Management position
- Experience working within a technology/SaaS environment
- Background retaining SME and Mid-market clients
- A proven relationship manager, with strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Demonstrable commercial negotiation & conversion skills.
- Excellent communication skills and impeccable phone manner a must.+
SALARY ON OFFER
$85k + Super + Commission / Bonuses
