About the role:
Build and nurture relationships with clients of our salary packaging solutions. Resolve issues and identify opportunities to increase participation rates. Join a team who value collaboration and celebrate the wins together.
You will be responsible for:
- Provide advice to clients and their employees on salary packaging solutions
- Be responsible for a portfolio of clients across NSW and ACT
- Build and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular visits and consultations
- Present at meetings with Executives, HR, Finance and Payroll
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
- Implement initiatives to increase participation rates
- Resolve complex customer issues and implement process improvements
- Travel across NSW and ACT
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Account management/customer service experience (essential)
- Effective relationship building skills
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage and prioritise
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Negotiating and influencing skills
- Ability to problem-solve and act strategically
- Research skills to improve industry knowledge
- Flexibility to be on the road ~90%
- This is a home-based role
- Must own a car (petrol reimbursement)
