Due to growth we have a new opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst to join the Commercial Canon Business Services team. This is an exciting time for Canon with the recent acquisitions of Converga  and HarbourIT.

Your role will enable the business to deliver optimum sales performance, maximise sales pipelines and strategic account management across multiple channels, within both direct, indirect groups and synergy sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Define, measure and publish sales effectiveness metrics
* Analyse sales performance
* Facilitate the collation of reporting across Sales teams for synergy sales
* Forster the cross selling of products and services to each organisation's Customer base
* Manage risks & issues that may impact cross selling activities.
* Facilitate weekly Synergy Sales activity meetings
* Develop a suite of weekly and monthly reports that provide transparency across the business
* Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly and six monthly forecasting
* Identify & implement process improvement opportunities
* Participate in projects as required
