THE POSITION

Fleet Manager

Village Motors Group is a multi-site, multi franchised dealership on Brisbane's Northside. Due to fresh restructuring we are looking for an experienced Fleet  Manager. Previous experience in Fleet Sales within the Automotive will be highly regarded and the ability to achieve targets and deliver a great customer experience. You are also looking to grow within the company and with a successful, supportive team around you, to assist you in your success this is a great opportunity to join our busy dealership. An attractive remuneration package including a five day working week will be offered to attract the right person to the company.

The successful candidate will demonstrate and have previous experience in

• Meeting and exceeding targets for the sale of vehicle brands
• Responsible for supporting existing clients and prospecting for new opportunities in medium business, corporate partner, government and fleet leasing
• Participate in tenders and pricing
• Deliver on all promises made to our stakeholders, and
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.

• Previous fleet sales experience, business to business
• Successfully grown and manage major accounts
• Proven ability to identify and grow new business opportunities
