We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic BDM to develop new and organic business. This is an autonomous role but comes with full support from all internal stakeholders of designers through to Senior Management. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in a successful business that recognises, rewards and develops the potential in their people.

About the role:

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will:

• Implement the new business strategy
• Develop new and organic business
• Pro-actively build a new business pipeline
• Effectively build, maintain and manage new relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Achieve set new business sales targets

What we're looking for

• Dynamic and strategic BDM experience
• Self-starter, enthusiastic, passionate, confident
• Strong time management
• Excellent client service skills
• Exceptional communicator
• Experience in Retail Display, Print or Agency  
• Experience working with FMCG/Retail clients
• You must be comfortable working within a team environment, while successfully building key relationships both internally and externally.
